1. Object

These “Terms of Sale” are valid for the purchase of products made on the website www.extrafg.com belonging to Extra Fishing Gear s.a.s. di Ettore Miletto Petrazzini e Soci.

2. Acceptance of the Terms of Sale

By purchasing on the website www.extrafg.com, the terms of sale are considered accepted.

3. Prices

All prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT. Transport costs and any payment costs are highlighted at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order

At the time of “Order Confirmation”, an order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation summarizes the products chosen, the relative prices (including shipping costs and any payment costs), the delivery address and all its specifications. The Customer undertakes to verify the accuracy of the data and to communicate any corrections immediately. Possible additional costs caused by errors in the data not reported promptly will be borne by the Customer.

6. Checking upon receipt of the package

Upon receipt of the package, the Customer undertakes to carefully check that there are no anomalies (strange bends, knocks, breakages). In the event of obvious and serious anomalies, the Customer must not collect the package. Alternatively, he or she can collect it by signing with RESERVE OF INSPECTION, so as to be reimbursed in the event of a complaint (in the event of failure to sign with RESERVE no refund can be issued), and documenting the damage to the package with photographs.

7. Product availability

Product availability is automatically updated by the computer system. In the event of occasional unavailability of the products ordered, Extra Fishing Gear undertakes to immediately contact the Customer who will be offered a replacement product of equal value or a refund of the price of the product, at the Customer's choice.

8. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal, regulated by law by Legislative Decree 21/2014 - implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, provides for the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason by returning the purchased product and receiving the related refund.

To exercise this right, the customer must send Extra Fishing Gear a written communication. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products already used or consumed by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products are used. The withdrawal cannot be exercised in the event of the lack of the original packaging or other elements accompanying the product.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

- Within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, the consumer must send a written communication by letter to Extra Fishing Gear or an email to info@extrafg.it.

- the company's Customer Service will contact the consumer by email to accept the request and confirm the possible shipment of the package.

- The goods must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. The original packaging must be used and the product must be complete with everything originally contained. We recommend shipping via insured courier.

- The customer is responsible for shipping and shipping costs are at his/her expense.

- After checking the integrity of the goods, the company will refund the customer in the agreed manner.

9. Product warranty

All products presented on the website www.extrafg.com benefit from the contractual warranty provided by the manufacturers/distributors. Extra Fishing Gear will provide the best assistance to manage the warranty with the manufacturers/distributors. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the receipt that will be received by email when the order is shipped.

Reasons for possible exclusion of warranty:

- Defects or damage caused by improper use, falls and impacts;

- Defects or damage caused by improper maintenance or repairs;

- Defects or damage caused by acts unrelated to fishing, such as intentional destruction;

- Defects or damage caused on the final parts of the rod shaft (tip)

12. Applicable law

These Conditions of Sale that subscribe to the sales contracts are governed by Italian law.

13. Competent Court

For any dispute arising from the Contract or connected to it, the Court of Turin will have exclusive jurisdiction.
