The ordered material is normally shipped 1 to 4 working days after receiving the order. The shipment takes place in sturdy packages with Express Courier with delivery in 24/48 working hours, fully tracked. Upon shipment, the Customer receives an email with the tracking data.
We normally ship with SDA Poste Italiane courier. Agreements with other couriers (UPS, DHL) are applied abroad.

If the order does not include rods or reels:
For orders up to 64.99 euros: 6.00 euros
For orders over 65 euros: Free Shipping
For the shipping of rods and reels (due to the specific cost of packaging, shipping, insurance) a cost of:
- 6 Eur for each rod
- 4 Eur for each reel
If payment on delivery is requested, a cost of 4 Eur is added regardless of the amount of the order.

CHECK UPON RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE
Upon receipt of the package, the Customer undertakes to carefully check that there are no anomalies (strange bends, knocks, breakages). In the event of obvious and serious anomalies, the Customer must not collect the package. Alternatively, he can collect it by signing with RESERVE OF INSPECTION, so as to be reimbursed in the event of a complaint (in the event of failure to sign with RESERVE no reimbursement can be issued), and documenting with photographs the damage to the package.
